If you do not have your username/password, please contact project administrator. In the left hand sidebar, clicking on Centers and Institutes Home takes a web user to the public home page of the website. In the left hand sidebar, clicking on Login, allows administrators from Centers and Institutes to log in to their personal section of the web site. From the personal section of the web site, centers' personnel can add/edit/delete information. In the left hand sidebar, clicking on MyHome, takes administrators to their personal section of the web site. From the personal section of the web site, users can add/edit/delete information. After logging into the personal web section, administrators have four options:
- Edit this Center Information
- Add Fiscal Year/Center
- View Fiscal Year Report
- Edit Fiscal Year Report
"Edit this Center Information" allows the administrator to update address and phone number information and to update the username and password. Add Fiscal Year/Center allows administrators to add a fiscal year if needed. report. The first time you login, you may need to add a fiscal year. Underneath Add Fiscal/Year Center is a list of the fiscal year reports on file or in progress. Next to each year are View and Edit commands. View produces a report which the Centers' Coordinator (Russ Wilson) and other UMKC administrators can view. The Edit command allows you to file your Annual Report. Within the Edit Fiscal Year Report, Administrators must complete the fields "Director" and "Director Reports To." Within the Edit Fiscal Year Report, Administrators have the ability to add/edit/delete additional personnel. Clicking on add/edit/delete will open a new browser window to make your changes. The changes will not appear on your other browser window until it has been refreshed. Within the Edit Fiscal Year Report, the subtotals and grand totals are not recalculated until the "Update Now" button is clicked.
